Thats photoshops fault not mine... I didn't think it would be right to over edit to fix problems like that.

Of course you can fix miss alignments in a panorama.

and either your lens or your sensor is dirty, there are grease spots on the image.

Yeah that really annoys me ade, I don't know how to clean it without causing more damage though and am way to poor to get a professional clean job...

The HDR processing looks great on the sky and the rust/peeling paint of the metal object. Can you tell us what the foreground object is?
