I tried to get the moon close to the horizon, but got side tracked and it was almost behind the horizon. It was such a big beautiful orange moon. Got up early the next morning to get it. But the moon was still very high in the sky at 6am, and by the time it set, it was daylight. guess I will have to wait till next year. Did get some photos very similar to yours, but my moon is turned the other way (180 degrees rotation) LOL

I'm glad there was no object in front of it. It would have detracted from the wonderful clarity of the shot. This is stunning and beautiful just as it is. Excellent capture!

But why is that paradise?

" Thank you Author for that information, I did not know that bunnies considered the Moon to be Paradise....no wonder my daughters pet rabbit keeps looking out the window on moon-lit nights with that profound expression on his little furry face...
