Are those not tires? Love the photo!, yet feel it's off theme.
in my city, have made animals from recycled materials, to encourage the separate collection of waste.
also pieces of tires. but not only
I can't see how something made of tyres should not be OK, quite different from photographing tyres on a car or a single discarded one.
