How is this not a candid? What does the photo say about who she is or what she does?
CMYK, it's NOT a candid for the first reason, the subject is clearly engaged with both the photographer and the viewer through eye contact. She is clearly aware she is posing for a photo. second, if she is a tour guide in the country, it's clearly not a studio shot...

If you remove the title, it is just a lady posing for a family album - off theme to me
It's a great portrait, but i agree that some type of structure or activity would have been a good addition. However pretty shot.

TWO roads diverged in a yellow wood,
