Look closely at the label in high resolution and you can see these were for the "Victor Talking Machine Co." - patented in 1903. These were some of the earliest "platter style" records. The side with the label showing looks fairly normal, but the other one is turned over so you can see that they were only pressed on one side. (5 years and 3243 days ago)

Hard to tell that it's white
I honestly this this might look better in color.
The paper is white, the telephone dial is white. I don't know why you think It's not white. And thanks jaw, but there is no object in color...
I didn't say it's not white. I said it's hard to tell that it IS white. In the B&W it could just as easily be the beige those phones come in
all the best ........ 
The object is to prove it's white and not beige.
