It's not blowing in the wind. I can tell it's indoors. It has to be blowing in the wind per contest rules.

Well, in fact, it's inside a big big corridor that has no doors. Wind can go throught it. As you can see, the flag is not falling right.

I actually like the people in the shot, especially the guy on the cellphone, contrasting old and new China.

I kind of like the guy on the cell phone too. Makes the photo interesting.
