Photo # 1: A swan's egg got mixed in with two duck eggs and hatched by the mother duck.
Photo #2: The two ducks grew into beautiful ducklings while the swan remained "ugly" One duckling was heard to have said, "Bless my web, she looks positively....un-evolved"
Photo#3: The "ugly" swan grew and one day saw her reflection in the water and realized she is a beautiful swan.

You mean you left the eggs there and not cooked them after the pictures, or just during the pictures, author ?
Would you believe I found the eggs in-situ? Nah...just kidding; nothing can be that coincidental, not even in a fairy tale. The eggs went back to the fridge for some future breakfast.
