Apparently they painted one for EDF energy, the sponsor for the Eye (it was painted last January). There was also a big controversy in the area because it messed with the aesthetic unity of the Eye. There is a whole article on it here, http://www.london-se1.co.uk/news/view/5159
Not sure if it's still painted that way, I was there last spring. I kind of like it to be completely honest.

The blue is WAY to fake. It's obvious that it isn't natural and that you photoshopped it in. The shot is amazing, the editing is poor
