Impressive! They're not easy to capture. Especially, I imagine, while laying on your belly!

Shooting at the level of the bees is something wrong for the knees ... at least for my old, old, knees ^_^ (5 years and 2992 days ago)

Very pretty! Love the contrasting colors here. I can see it positioned a tad to the left more but very nice job
Thanq very much for kind words...
Exquisite photo, beautiful subject. I think the positioning perfect, to prevent too much dead space on the right.
Very nice, you could try a tad to the left and could shave off the right accordingly. Members here have helped me learn much about a crop. but it is your entry Author so best of luck to you.
Thanx for the suggestions....
To have a lot of empty space to the right is Negative Space and is a VERY popular technique in photos. We are all about having our own opinions so whatever you feel works the best for you is awesome!
Beautiful... quite pro-work. which lens did you use for this shot?
Sigma 70-300 used for this shot...
Wonderful colour.
Pity it misses sharpness on the wings and they are a bit close to the edge.
top of the wings r fluttering... intentionally i did it ..by reducing shutter speed. a bit close to the edge point is noted...
Great shot
kool !
Wonderful!
Just stunning!
Wow, love the sharpness of the butterfly, and against very blurry background to even increase the contrast of the main subject making it a great artwork Well done

Thanks
Really nice the way it makes the eye travel down, over and back. Good composition!
Good leading lines, love the couple sitting at the edge.
Thanks, friiski. As for the couple, just two poor emigrant anglers.
