using the same subject in more than one photo gives your ID away author, you should probably change one of your images, before they are both removed.

Why are there 5 legs?

Ade they aren't exact photos. They're similar but still I don't think their similar enough to be removed due to similarity. Besides, shouldn't you just flag it instead?
