Ah.....but the requirements say...."it can't ....suggest any type of motion" There is a contrail of a jet plane and so at least Mach 1 or 2 of motion?

No sign of the jet, and if we start to consider contrails movement then we would also have to consider clouds movements, and possible wind movements in trees and bushes, which IMO would be ridiculous . Great photo and I think on theme.

I don't think it has anything to do with culture. There is just no other place to conveniently dry your laundry .....it's a worldwide necessity of urban living.

Dear Wayne, I can understand your comment, but somewhere is not possible to dry your clothes at window or door, because when you comes home is nothing there... this is a big city - Lisbon - where you find this in all places and when sometime this disapears it's because something changes.
