In high res, there is what we call "camera jitter" which can be confused with being OOF but really what happens is the sensor requires more exposure time and most cases your best option is a tripod in this case. Looking in high res, you can see on the photographer and his camera the fuzzy border. I'm sure you were just out and about with friends and so the tripod was not planned. The best option is usually to re-shoot in different settings or take multiple shots. I'm just trying to be helpful. GL all the same!

Sometimes I feel like the world's biggest moron! I've been racking my brain for about 15 min. trying to figure out what the heck a bicycle has to do with Paul Mellon, then I actually decided to read the inscription in the stone! Sigh... Very nice capture though!!!
