I shot this with a Nikon F3 on Agfa Pan 400 ISO and rated it at 1600 ISO and then over developed it to achieve the grain I wanted and contrast.

It is shot outside using daylight against a black canvas at 2.8 fstop. (5 years and 3600 days ago)

Thank you James. Before i setup this photo i made some research on google and there are some studies that they made about 'purdah'. What i know base from what i've read it is not a dress of culture like we all know... It has it's own significant reason and that's what made the ideology of wearing it. I don't know...just like Kid Rock said 'Only god knows why..'

While wearing the veil is not, in and of itself, an ideology - this shot does demonstrate behavior based on that set of beliefs. I think it's on theme, and a very nice shot to boot. Good job
