The river flows through my city. It's a small city, only about 40000 inhabitants, so you always meet someone you know, it has enough shops to find whatever you need lots of good restaurants, wonderful paths for walking and biking, and plenty of nature, hills and sea.
I have followed the description of the goal, rather than the 'title'.
