Decrease clarity in PS (raw file) to have this dreamy effect & play with curves & light & shadows!

I dont think you can use dodge and burn tools. Looks like you used brushes or masking to modify just certain areas.

author, it has been claimed you used PS to fix part of this shot......what is your answer?

As i said i used a raw file & make some adjustments.
I don't know enough PS to to do "crazy" changes to my photo.
I never did & i never will!

Well, the moderator pointed out the areas so what are you gonna do, of course you are gonna take a close look.
