Definitely creative! If only artists around here had enough drive to paint those ugly gray boxes.

A friend of mine painted these, but that area had all the boxes painted by different artist, I have suggest the idea to our local power company, fingers crossed.

The power company may let you, in Colorado they actually make these covers to look like rocks in some areas, it is cool.
