Our elderly neighbors say they used to play at this tree when they were kids, and it was still about that size then. It's very well known in this area. (Check it in high res) (5 years and 495 days ago)

The grass doesn't look greener on the other side?

This is such a common scene whether in Thailand with the water buffalo or in your neck of the woods the photo is idyllic and you did a great job in capturing the spirit of the scene. Loved it.

The sharpness in this is very nice and the lamplights are not overblown. The rooftops peeking into the frame give sense of scale too.

author says:

In my case this was a failure.. i tried to capture the full moon behind it, due time i could not finish it properly.

You have chutzpah for trying something new and stepping out of the box....I applaud you and this is inspirational. I like the blur up top and the sharpness in the middle. A different way of looking at a tree. For me, a tighter crop would not have hurt, but that is just me.

author says:

It was fun to do also.. just me, a camera with an exposure of +1,5 minutes and a flashlight

Hmmm now that is good to know. Wish you had put that up in the description. I will try this technique one of these days now all thanks to you...just you.
