I would have used the Gandhian ideology of truth & nonviolence but unable to do that at present. Wish some one else would do that.

looks a little grainy

actually, appears to be color noise and not grain. probably caused by high ISO trying to capture the image in lower light. with some cameras it cannot be helped. Author, nice fit to the theme and well balanced composition

author says:

Yes it is the inner most dim lighted part of the temple. They don't allow you to stay for such purposes for long. I, as a beginner with an ordinary camera, resulted this. Still I wish someone else to make this good enough, perfectly on theme. As for me, I respect this ideology very deeply & strongly. Thanks for your understanding and comments.

La Bocca della verita' situated in Rome. Legend or no, avoiding lies is a worthy ideology. (5 years and 3555 days ago)

Did you stick your hand in?

author says:

No there were too many people queuing up! but I hate not telling the truth so I doubt I would have ended without a hand there

There’s a legend about the “Bocca della verità”: a jealous husband wanted to verify if his wife was faithful so he asked her to put her hand in the “Bocca” as if she was telling a lie the Bocca would have bitten her. Just before doing so, the lady pretended to faint and fell in a passer’s by arms. She then put her arm in the Bocca and swore that she had never been in other arms than her husband’s and those of that passer-by. Incidentally the latter one was her lover. In other words, truth is sometimes (often?) untrue.

author says:

hehe cocor good one and quite true unfortunately... perspectives deceive us... it all counts down to one's conscience and what he/she think is best in the situation in the end!
