It appears you have a dirty sensor. There's a couple smudges in the sky on the right and the left. I would look into getting it cleaned. Some places charge to do it but you can also do it yourself. For future reference, you can use the healing brush in PS in your entries.

Thank u jaws, i have just put one in to be serviced, so when that one come back will put the other in, couldnt cope with no camera at all, lol
