This was an couple of insects i came across when shooting some flowers at the Glasshouse mountains in Queensland, (anyone who can identifiy them, i would appreciate it as i am curious) I saw quite a few and they were all joined. I don't know whether it is mating or what but although they are quite ugly i thought it was lovely how one just led the other to each flower in perfect sync. didn't look to be any conflict on which way to go. (5 years and 2959 days ago)
A bit too far away with too much excess space for such a small subject. Interesting, though.
The look like some kind of beefly, a bit different from the ones we get in the UK but it looks similar.
