I think that your frame is a little bit "tight"
You could use some more "space" on the top & right of your frame!

You are quite right, adding a bit to the photo is not allowed, thanks for your honesty. Guess you just have to leave it as is, and remember next time, to shoot with a little more space around, you can always crop.

The values are a bit blown out. The highlights on the nose, collar, and apron are almost "nuclear," the way they glow...

I actually liked the over-effect, but I see your point and have uploaded a more subtle image with softer highlights and shadows. Better ?
