By evidence of the clean hubs and tires, I love that this rusty VW van is still in it's aged condition. Note the yellow name plate on the bumper. (5 years and 2497 days ago)
I'd say the wheels and exhaust are worth more that the rest of the car. Great find, but surely this would not be legal?
As long as the brakes, exhaust and lights work and the state gets its tag fees, It's good the go.
