Beautiful shot
Lovely, my favorite, though lighting was not from the lamp as well. A combination of two kinds of lighting would give it a more period feel which is what I assume the shot wants to portray. I suppose being in black & white, you need not worry about a temperature clash between two kinds of lighting.
