I like the colours
They say that shades of turquoise represent calm and the darker shade of teal, sophistication. What a lovely combination of calm sophistication blended with what are the colors of the vast oceans. (5 years and 2910 days ago)

Really nice set up with the glass drops surrounding it. Great focus, good lighting without a lot of glare reflection. Nice job!

This is a picture of a bronce statute of Fidel Castro, Che Guevera and Camilo Cienfuegos, taken in "Museo de la Revolución", in Cuba. (5 years and 3019 days ago)
Way too dark. It could be a statue of Larry, Moe and Curly or any three strangers off the street. There is no detail to let the viewer identify who the statue portrays, and their silhouettes are not synonymous poses for them, either.
A high res would be nice
It would have been good if you would have used a flash. The light source behind them is taking all of the "attention"; there is no light attention being brought upon the statues. Try to use a flash (flash is good even though it may seem like many times you hear it is not)

After a perfect night of dancing and romance, you undress and get ready for bed. You dream of what just happened, and when you wake up, it feels like it never really happened. And then you look over and you see the mask you wore the night before, and you remember it was real. (5 years and 3091 days ago)
I really like the mood here..and the description..
Thanks, usually I don't write stories to go with my pictures. Whenever I looked at this photo it reminded me of a scene from some old black and white romance movie, and I thought a story would bring it to life a little bit.
Interesting note from the author, as when I saw the photo and read the words I immediately knew who's it was.
Great shot.
Photographers have styes. I can recognize some of the photos just by how the photographer uses lighting and other techniques. And thanks, this is one of my favorite shots from this set up.
Having a style is one thing, but using a scene that was used before in a previous contest is another thing entirely.
I tried picking a shot that didn't look so similar. I have only so many shots of masks, and I really like this one. If it is that recognizable, which I hoped it wouldn't, then please flag it. But I used shots from the same shoot before, they were just different enough that you couldn't put them together. I tried that with this shot, I know there are similarities, but I have seen people use the same shot before, of which I have not done. So I'm sorry for using shots that are similar, but that is due to I don't own a mask, and this is one if the few good shots I have.

Modern Condo being built behind an old office building in the downtown in southern USA (5 years and 3430 days ago)
Love the contrast between the old and new, but IMO it would be better if you cropped a lot off the bottom, Just below the wire.
Agree with friiskiwi
Thanks for the advice... I'll crop it later today!!! (I'm at my other computer and don't have an editing program
EDIT: all fixed..thanks guys!!
Why didn't you get the whole window in the shot?
it was a vertical image and I cropped it horizontal as according to suggestions (and the third window didn't have any of the building in it)
nice
Fabulous capture author...well done
