Looks like a snapshot. try experimenting with the light to get the glare away. also try another background and composition.
yes, it is a watch...no doubt about it, but I agree with Lodd.......
Also agree...appears like a run-of-the-mill snap shot...try something a bit different in the future, angle light, background...anything unique to help it stand apart
