Yeah.. these are circles (in fact perfect circles) on logged water made by water drops during a heavy rain. I have adjusted the tint and contrast slightly of the photograph. (5 years and 3006 days ago)

Even i got this shot after trying so many times... its was tough for me to focus rain drops/circles in heavy rain.. more over it was so cloudy with almost no light lol
