Did you check your horizon line? I think you did a spot on job with the colour saturation. The photo is well composed with that sweet little boat to the side. The image is sharp clear and it causes one to say "awwwwwwww" how cute.
thanks still for the good comments

Waiting for the daylight to continue on with my canoe trip. (5 years and 1000 days ago)
Soft and full of noise, BUT, the artistry is evident.
Unfortunately I uploaded too small a version and it's pixelated.
groan, I know that feeling. Good shot nonetheless!

Canoeing along the Bonnechere River (5 years and 1010 days ago)
I love the story of this image and you have such a good eye to see the triangle of canoe tip and circle of bridge in the distance. The triangle catches our eye and the circle pulls us in as if we are right there paddling with you. A delight to find this.
Reflection is your best friend here Plus, it looks like an eye, beautiful

Ahhh yes, like the story, "life is tough"
See that yellow at the margin line? Do you think your image would look cleaner if that was eliminated? Sharp shot, like the post processing too showing rich tonal ranges. Makes me want to be there.
Thank you for the comment. I have adjusted the image and resubmitted it. You are correct, it does look much better now.
.........and if you win, you are taking me out for a nice cup of coffee....deal?
Yes, it does look better.
It's a deal!
