That's nice, but it's not "national"
How is the Eagle not a national symbol?
An eagle is, but your description says it's for California. But, the description says state or national... so just forget I said anything.

Okay......The Bald Eagle in the center represents THE USA. The fact that is made out of gold signifies that it also represents California, the Golden State. Hence the tittle "Double Whammy" because I have covered both Nation and State. Is that more clear?
