That's no "man with child," except in the most generic sense - it's Saint Joseph...Patron saint of carpentry, employment, an easy death and prevention from starvation (symbolized with fava beans, Chianti optional)...
The Christ child is holding an orb (the world), and the lily Saint Joseph is holding signifies purity, virtue, and life.
