When stitching the image together, I just realised that two entirely different worlds are just separated by a corner of the wall (5 years and 2944 days ago)
Nice contrasting subject Author, very interesting shot to have captured the differences found just around the corner. Well done.
I LOVE the juxtaposition of this shot. I remember working for many years in restaurants that catered to tourists, and have been in that world on the right many times!

Giuseppe Garibaldi was an Italian military and political figure. In his twenties, he joined the Carbonari Italian patriot revolutionaries, and fled Italy after a failed insurrection. Garibaldi took part in the War of the Farrapos and the Uruguayan Civil War leading the Italian Legion, and afterward returned to Italy as a commander in the conflicts of the Risorgimento. He has been dubbed the "Hero of the Two Worlds" in tribute to his military expeditions in both South America and Europe. He is considered an Italian national hero.

Love both places
Amazing similarity although I think New Zealand just may have a slight edge. Nice job.

Great photo, would love to see a High Res
I like the reflection on the rail... agree about the high res, though
Thanks ! about the high res, unfortunatly it was made with old 4mpx compact camera so...
Great effort by you to polish those rails for the photo. You might try to upload again and click the High Res box. You'd be surprised how good it will look regardless of the size of the file. It's a beautiful image.
actually the rails are 100% untouched by human hands , thanks
I've found High res on my pc, updated
Congratulations!
Thank you very much!
congrats!! very well done
Thanks!
