This entry made me almost loose my mind. In case anyone wonders, how it was done, it's pretty simple: I opened the PXL logo on my computer screen and mirrored it. The harder part was to hold the camera without a tripod in the tiny little right angle, so I get the whole reflection on it, without any letters missing. I took around 1000 pictures, to get in the end 3 shots that were halfway acceptable.
I know, that this one could have been better too, but I am happy with it anyway. Mainly just because I didn't give up after the first 500 ;) (5 years and 3163 days ago)
Great, and you answered all the questions I was going to ask.
Excellent! Very impressive - your patience paid off!
Great Job author...I was trying to accomplish this same effect...unsuccessfully I might add. Well done. and well worth all the effort.

@MnMCarta: a bit more detailed explanation for you
Like I said, I opened the PXL logo, made the white background black (so the background didn't show in my eye, the white background would have been visible) and mirrored it. I made it full screen then, so the whole logo was on the screen. Then I sat (very uncomfortable, if I may add that) about 10 cm away from my screen, so I got the reflection as big as possible. I had the lense directly next to my eye pressed against my temple (I hope that's the right word for it) to make it a bit more stable and to get as close to my eye as possible. The problem then was to hold the camera in an angle where the whole logo reflects. A bit too far with the lense towards my eye ended in a "XL" reflection or a "PX", because the lense covered the part of that reflection. So it was pretty complicated (at least for me) to get the whole logo on my pupil, with the pupil is in focus. (If I would have wanted a shot with just my eyelashes in focus, I would have had a huge collection )
Great job. I would see SBS ,
great job!
