Dove Chocolates...caramel, dark and milk choc. (5 years and 2967 days ago)
Sounds good, but Black and white really does nothing for food photography, IMO
I cheat and use premade shells.
For Filling
3 c. very dry ricotta
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate chips
Sliced Almonds
Drain ricotta in a colander until very dry. Mix with sugar and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer at high speed for 8-10 minutes. Use to fill cannoli shells. Garnish with almonds and chocolate chips.
And of course eat them with a cup of Italian Espresso! (5 years and 3028 days ago)

No real attraction in B&W - It doesn't do cannoli justice. Half the joy of food is the visual, with color an important part. Make it all B&W, and you take away the visual flavor...
I have to agree - to me, food is about colour and texture and although this sounds really awesome, it needs the colour to kick it off

nice effort. But, imo, the image could be a little sharper.......this is a big 'tough' looking guy, he shouldn't be so soft in appearance.

Interesting for a Chinese restaurant, the depiction of the horses seem more European *shrug*
Have you ever been in a P.F. Changs? The ones in Salt Lake, there is nothing Asian about them. All waiters, hosts and cooks are college kids.
author, I expected more than this from you...

You licked them, LOL
Friiskiwi-nope, no licking....but spray oil (ie PAM like) does wonders and they are still edible afterwards. lol.
Oil just makes them look weird (like they were licked...lol!).
Chocolate has a semi-matte finish. If it's oily looking, it's bad chocolate.
They look amazing author! Nice oily touch!
I love dove my best chocolate! Would you care to share?
