An excellent idea. and good execution. I do think that the building looks a little sharp though. Maybe try using the blur tool around its outline to soften it up a bit. Then again it could be just my eyes, in which case ignore me .Good luck

IMHO water doesn't look natural, but it's not a bad image....

Really nice work, author! Can I make a suggestion? I almost think that there would be a blurred reflection throughout all of the water...maybe having the closest being sharper...but right now the foreground reflection is really sharp. It might help to give it all some softness...just a thought!
