I found two source images from www.freedigitalphotos.net. I then used some photos that I took in West Virginina and Virginia to make up the cliffs and the road. I finished the picture off with Poster Edges. (5 years and 3779 days ago)

I used the pen tool to take the wind mill out. then i used the pen tool to make the windmill look like it was behind the more modern one. then i used hue/saturation to get the sky to match the windmill better, and i used levels to color correct a bit. also clone stamped some pieces out, added some blur, then one last levels to get the colors to match and not look as dark
