Good change to the hands, to me the central part of her face seems to be a similar tone, try to obverlay some skin texture and perhaps add different colours. (darker and brighter)

Ponti: I think it has a good difference between contrast on the edges of her face and I"m just going to leave it as is. Reason being, I wanted to keep an element of blankness. Where most of the definition is that you mentioned, well it's hanging in front of her from clothes pins in note-sized pieces. So maybe you can see my POV with the set tone in the center. There's really not any features on her face now to leave shadow. See where I'm coming from now?
JUst nit picking a little-I would have blended the outer facial tonesw more into the center where the missing parts are. That being said, cool idea and nice presentation.

pingenvy, I'll make a couple slight adjustments since I now have two of you sharing the same opinion. I still think there should be very little definition in the face, because I wanted to put more focus on the face details on the notes and except for the outer part of the face, keep it blank and flat.. Appreciate the tip.
EDIT: OK so you two were right. I think it looks much better blended now and i adjusted the contrast to make match original skin tone better and used dodge and blur to smooth. Live and learn.
Nice image. You could consider making the lizard slightly bigger and then pinning its back leg like you have the front one. Just a thought, but it's good as it is.
This is a unique entry, except the background but just because half the entries are still using it. Only nitpik I have is the two images on the right. I see you decided to make the top image appear to come out and clip the image below it (female image) It would look more realistic and make more sense if it was comming out the front, rather than the back. Still a clever idea.
good ideia and very creative, good luck
Great idea....You can tell that the hand is cloned and reversed though. Maybe change one of the hands a little.
Very clever! I would personally remove the hands and have the string going all the way to each side. But GREAT idea!
Ponti, I thought it would be more interesting to have her holding up parts of her own face. Freejay, I'll work on a hand.
EDIT: A hand is changed. Looks better now I think.
this is very creative, but i feel like the face is to bright. try to lighten the face and add some shadows from the clips and it will be perfect.
jaescoe21: edit made. thanks for the tip.
Great idea, you did a job on this
Good use of outside sources.
Very creative.
much better author. good luck
