very good!! but there are still faded crack lines visable, and even one has appeared on the chin that was not there to start with.

Yes, removing the cracks & blotches, and fixing the color on the top edge of the hair will improve this...

I'm not sure why you didn't take the advice of other artists. Fixing those scratches would not have been hard. I think her face is too orange.

The only thing that looks off is the unnatural color of the eyes. I feel you gave it the blur to soften some of the irrepairable damage. Makes sence. This is still one of the better restores I've seen so good luck to you.

not much is wrong with the original but i will say that the film grain is the most challenging so you get some props for that. gl

lol, they look they are wearing eighties shell suits..........the colors are just a little over saturated author, tone them down a bit.

Agrees with ade. You could have easily fixed it just by adjusting the contrast down a little.

Coloring doesnt look bad indeed, but (contest goal): "(Don't take a photo that's crystal clear and all you have to do is to color it) - take something old or even damaged". Good luck!

I think what the goal is suggesting is that you take an old 'damaged' photo, repair it, then color it...although, the wording does actually say....' - take something old or even damaged'......that does not say to me that 'damaged' is compulsory!!!

Well, it shouldn't be damaged, but IMO this was to simple. You just colored it and replaced the sky... It is still blurry and all. But still, that's not a reason to me for it's removal =) GL, hope you improve.

I think the coloring job is pretty good, it still that older feel to it though.

I don't think many of these were real complicated, stamp, clone, and color; when it's worded that way. It actually is quite technical making the colors blend and look realistic. Thanks for your honest opinions, and vote accordingly. I really like the way it turned out.

Not bad, but you should have colored over the shadow...

In high res, parts of the color seem a bit blotchy and hard edged. A repaired damaged photo may not be a prerequisite but it does help your score as far as showing your skills for repair. .
