I would personally think of the colours a little more. If it's raining and dark(ish?) outside, the dog is quite well lid - and so is the girl.. but this is very good work, beatiful picture.

I personally think the girl and dog are huge considering the size of the window.

Good job, author...when fur is wet it tends to appear darker...same with hair...perhaps darken the back end more and some of the face too...this might help.

I like the blend very much...perhaps try and darken the right ear just a bit to match the lighting on his arm...this will also help it have variance from the other ear a bit. Make sense?

This made me smile...perhaps you could darken the ear just below the right (lower) part of hat...have it continue the shadowy look.

His right ear needs a shadow, otherwise nicely done.
