Although it´s personal, but I think with a more neutral background (or perhaps something like a table surface), the attention will go more to the drawing itself. It's because the drawing has quite some texture and the background -which is premanipulated, btw- too, is imo overkill. Good luck!

I had a same dilemma about background, maybe i should made it from scratch..but this was a quick entry,so...

Author, you still have time to change the background for a drawing table, for example... But it's a good work!

I like the crab and even the blue top background, but shadow for the crab is too dark and the candy part, almost looks like it should be in another chop, It lacks a certain sense of cohesion to bring it together.
