the overall green tone to the piece is disturbing. i think it would have been better if you'd changed the hue and saturation, gave her more of a fleshy tone, and then emphasized the green in the jacket only.

Well, let's go... In hi res it's possible to notice a fine white line around the egg; so it means you need to mask/chop it better... And the way it is now, the egg seems a bit flat; how about using warp tool around it and some burn tool on lower side, to give it roundness?

Scarification is done all over the world! Even some fraternities do it. It does look like scarification. Really cool.

just a couple of days back I was watching a channel and they were cutting and slicing small parts of skin from a mans back, saying in few days it'll look like croc skin.. hmm.. I guess as you all mentioned its called Scarification. eeww.. I was getting goosebumps all over me watching that man shivering with pain like hell.. but the result was truly amazing.. it was looking like a croc skin.. hhmm..
