It's nice that you drew that but the source is not needed for that work. The only uniqueness of this source is the shape (even though it's simple), but you distorted that, so it's not different from not using the source.

I think you've done a great job on the caterpillar, but the eyes really let this down for me, they just don't match the rest of the image imo. I'd also add more legs. Overall a nice job though.

and if I'm not wrong the light source of the image is from top so the shadows of the pills and the bottle is wrong... and they also need some work to get blend with the image.. Good Luck..

Love the mood, but I have to agree the shadows need work, the bottle and pills seem to be hovering. Very Nice image though
