Interesting idea, but i feel like the source was almost unnecessary in this image, simply because it isn't really being used... The perspective of the source is completely different to that of Spidey.. nevertheless, good luck.

great work on the rain.. as to the copyright kerfuffle.. I think you can use it if you don't alter it and keep it in it's original form... but red flag it yourself author so you don't get in any trouble.. its a really great image

Thanks slush but I would hazzard a guess that someone may have already flagged it... I knew this would come up so ....Ref Pxl rules - Actual copyrighted images or characters should not be used to create an entry. You may create an image in parody of a copyrighted character as long as the actual copyrighted art of the image is not used to create the entry. ...... the image used is a photo of a waxwork the waxwork is a parody and the picture is not copyright. I realise this is on the edge guys but I still feel it is well within the rules. Thanks for your comments so far

very clever...but theres still seems to be something about it that stands out...maybe if you played with the levels and saturation on the 'man' layer it might help blend him more into the background pic....Good luck!

i don't know what it is..its a good image, but there is something that isn't exactly right about it, as migue1ito said, shadow/depth maybe?

I think if his shins looked less like they're going off to the side and more like they're going down the slope of the roof, this might appear more convincing.

I think part of the problem is the white balance of the guy. Duplicate the background go to filter/blur/average. Put that layer on top of the guy and set the blend mode to color. Now reduce the opacity and ctrl click between the two layers so it only shows on top of the guy. Maybe this will help......Good idea and execution though.
