Frog's shadow is too sharp comparing to cars' one. Blur it a little more...

It's probably not that the shadow is too big, it's that the overcast isn't really making any shadows, like the cars for instance and the frog has a light source that is more direct sunlight. Maybe finding a freeway source with a clear sky would be a better fit. GL!

Or just dull the frog up a bit and only shade where he makes contact with teh ground. He should also only be about the size of one lane to match the theme of the original game Great idea and good luck.

I agree with Phubar. In Frogger, the frog is equal to one lane.

Fun idea! Tiny suggestion: if you remove the backpaw behind the body and put a bit of shadow under the front backpaw, the frog will look more like standing on the road. Good luck!
