Good pick of source, funny result . Tiny nitpick, the window frame is blurry because in the source image the focus in on the outside. The dog however is sharp, just as the foreground. In that case the frame cant be blurry. If you have some time left you might want to make a sharper window frame. Good luck!

There is a movie and a book called "The Ransom of Red Chief." It is very funny. The book and the movie are a little different, of course. But this image reminds me of that. I think that I saw/read it in 6th grade.
