Is that a cape? Shouldn't it be flowing behind her?

it is a cape. and on a still night, if she's hovering, it wouldn't be flowing behind her, but hanging. notice, there is a slight flow to the cape making it so its not completely "still" and hanging straight down.

Nice shoes! Bit late now maybe for future reference. Keep an eye on your edges white outlines, smudges and blurs can be very distracting

i really wish i could have spent more time on it, warlock... thank you for the suggestion. but at 2am, i was more blurry eyed than i could stand, so i just hoped for the best. i do realize i could use some help on the edges....any suggestions are helpful!

give it time. everyone gets worried about the amount of votes, but until the end of the voting time, you won't see what those votes actually mean. Really, its the quality of the vote, not the quantity of votes placed.
Good Luck on your entry even though...and be patient. you'll notice a huge turn around in voting over the weekend. :P

Right now the piece is kind of dull. I would increase the contrast of the scenery to make it more attracting to the viewer. Like add more shadows on the cliff and mountains. But good luck!

Nice mood. But I think printing would be better in a darker color, like brown, IMO.

@erikuri: as the title says its an old book.. really really old.. so the dark colors got faded.. lolz..
