i had made a mess in my last entry (stand by.... teleporting) while cutting out the model. Even if it stood first but the chopping was badly done...and i had to learn... so made some improvements in this... its all because of encouragement from guys like you... thanks a lot

Very nicely done. You may want to look at the bird source though, it appears to be copyright. Change that and you will have a very nice entry that will remain in the contest. It would be a pity to see it eliminated.

ow yea didnt notice that.. is it still a copyright abuse if I didnt actually use the picture but just made a selection of some of the birds and filled it with black? I dont quite know where copyright begins and ends.

You still have an issue with those birds as that image requires to be purchased to be used. You need to search for a free stock image. Now it looks like some of the mask on his head is hiding some of the tree, like there's almost a square shaped clean space around his head. Fix that and it's awesome. Very good work otherwise.
