Considering that source is complex, you really got a nice result. I just think you could apply the cracked texture on the neck (in hi res it's possible to see the abrupt cut of the texture) and get the edges of the chin and lips rounder. The chain has a flaw in one link. Do the changes you think proper and GL!

Just a small thing, author: you forgot to colored his knee, and some places you painted over, some places are lacking color. What a boring girl I am!
