Not bad but I think by way water looks that its far down from bridge. If you made beames in the water smaller scale it would look better plus add a little wet look where beame comes out of water because fast water curent would go up and down on it

The man in the forward is tad blurry. The man in the middle needs to be flipped 'cause of lighting source and the man on the left needs a shadow.

Nice composition. Just one thing: the lower tree on the right needs a better masking on its trunk, it seems cut and pasted on its end.
