I dunno maybe, What I mean is that there is nothing in her that makes a vampire:she does not have pale skin, no sharp teeth. The red eyes could just aswell make her a monster or whatever. Good luck though

Very nice image love the overall feel and the hair is superb personally I don’t think it need any thing else if its Dracula's wife then she would be a pure blood no fang marks……

if u view the source the composition was done whith , copy, transform, smuge, selective color, hue saturation..lots of clone for face and hair, again color and noise, levels to midtone dark and a elipse with 25 px fether...

Her hairdo is fantastic, it reminds me those ladies from old times. But the "Twilight" vampires have a paler skin.

Well I watch a lot of vampires movies and author, you nail it, WOW!!!! Really amazing work, it looks like the vampire bride indeed. No human have this eye color, it ireally shows elegancy, I love it!

Sorry but I agree with CMYK46. That does not look like a vampire.

It looks a lot like a Bran Stoker's Dracula recreation. It's not too original and yeah the old effect doesn't make for a vamp to me.

You're better off leaving the teeth out of the image as they aren't convincing!... his mouth is closed!... fix that problem and you got a good entry for what it is...

It seems to me that without either fangs or glowing eyes, you just have a drug addict, not a vampire. While I agree with James that the teeth are not convincing, removing them would thus necessitate adding eye glow. Also, the cane seems to be floating above (not resting on) the cushion corner. In hi-res, the hat has a white outline and appears to be floating just above the bench seat. (If floating accessories are meant to be a vampire trick, then the floating should be made more obvious.)

I still think that vampires must have fangs. It's only a suggestion, but try to find a half-open mouth image to add on your image.

I think with a slight warp or liquify tool you can blend the teeth to pop up from otherwise closed mouth. I don't see them as a major problem anyways. Just raise the upper lip a bit around the teeth and make a shallow dimple for them on the lower lips.

About the floating stick, you can try warping the cushion a bit too or/and remove the shadow from where it touches the corner/cushion,
