Pretty well done. Tiny suggestion: I'm not sure if it's the blur or the lens flare, but the top of the tower seems to be a bit blurry/ has less contrast than under. Is it an idea to make the right side of the top of the tower somewhat darker & sharper (by masking away the lensflare from that side, on the left side it's ok), this way you may create more depth and it will stand out more against the background (I guess my eye gets older, but for some reason I thought that the towertop was part of the background, that's why). For the rest appealing result. Good luck!

Absolutely beautifiul image...I'm just worried that the dragon source is unusable. You may have to double check but I thought that 3D/CGI stock was considered against the rules.

Interesting idea and I applaud you for changing the time on the clock to match the 'story' of the title/image combination, but backlit objects at night are going to be dark in the foreground. Ergo the tower and the roof expanse should be primarily a silhouette. Instead, the right-side dormers appear to be lit from the middle left and the tower (except for the cupola top) from the front. Window glow [Step 7 of SBS] is grossly overdone, IMO.
