I agree about the reflection being a bit excessive. But very nice idea and nice picture otherwise.

uh what reflection do u mean the one for the tree was already in the image, i found that a bit to rough to but its the real image

and slush, thats where i have to say, i didn't actually merge it. just used it as a base to build the rest of the face. i needed a reference for the mouth after countless tries to get it done...i found that picture in a folder of "throw away" style shots, and figured..hey...thats about right. :lol: and painted from there. it was a layer all of its own and just used to base the rest of it.

Perfect! It seems that his chin was always there, I mean, of course he has a chin, but we couldn't see it 'till now.

Nice concept, but you need to have more reflection of the statue in the water to match that of the bird.

The nose doesn't look right on the skull. Being soft tissue, it would have been the first thing to deteriorate...

Nice work -- like the background blending the paper and sky -- seems to be a bit of the skull showing at the rear just below the edge of the source

as for me i can view the skull as a mask of some-sort ...
